Notice of Development Permit The Municipal Planning Commission approved the following Development Permit on August 14, 2024, in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • 132B Kootenay Avenue (24DP45) – The placement of an exterior air conditioning unit within the East facing side yard setback with a variance to: 1. Section 12.28.6 of the Land Use Bylaw to allow for the placement of an exterior air conditioning unit within the required side yard setback. The approval of this development application shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by this development, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice.
