Audrey Plaxton, former resident of Canmore, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at the age of 89 years.
Audrey was born in Prince Albert Saskatchewan, but lived most of her adult life in Alberta. Her teaching career took her to Calgary, and following retirement she made her home in Canmore. Sadly, her failing health necessitated a move from her beloved mountain home far sooner than she wished.
Audrey is fondly remembered for her energy and youthful spirit, her sense of style, and her warm-hearted regard for everyone she met. Memories of her grace and generosity will live on in the hearts of family, friends and colleagues.
