Development Permits The following Development Permits for a discretionary use, or for a permitted use with a granted variance, have been approved by the Development Officer in accordance with the Town of Canmore’s Land Use Bylaw. PL20240108 34 Riverstone Road – Lot 13 Block 8 Plan 9312104 Home Occupation (NEW) – Class 2 – Day home PL20240071 829 14th Street – Lot 13 Block 43 Plan 1095F Detached dwelling PL20240031 522 5 th Street – Lot 6 Block 82 Plan 1095F Detached dwelling – Variance to windowless dormers and wall setbacks The above-mentioned permits shall not be valid until 21 days from the date the Notice of Decision is displayed on the property. Further information regarding these applications may be obtained from the Planning and Development Department.
