Notice of Development Permit The Development Officer approved the following Development Permit on June 27, 2024, in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • Home Occupation Type 1 – Unit 106-433 Marten Street (24DP39). This approval would allow for a home office for a graphic design business. The approval of this development application shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by this development, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice.
