Notice of Development Permits The Municipal Planning Commission approved the following Development Permits on June 12, 2024, in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • 5 Cascade Court (24DP07) – This approval allows for a Bed and Breakfast Home containing one (1) Commercial Accommodation Unit (Guest Bedroom). • 210-220 Bear Street (24DP22) – This approval allows for an office located at 210-220 Bear Street to remain Professional, Financial, Health and Office Services to support the administrative portion of a guiding business. The approval of these development applications shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by these developments, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice. Forward the reason for the appeal(s) along with a processing fee of $250 to: Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Town of Banff, Box 1260, Banff AB T1L 1A1.
