Notice of Development Permits
The Development Officer approved the following Development Permits in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • Home Occupation Type 1 – Unit 3306-547 Coyote Lane (24DP47). This approval would allow for a home office for a business consulting service. • Home Occupation Type 1 – 514 Buffalo Street (24DP48). This approval would allow for a home office for a business consulting service. The approval of these development applications shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by these developments, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice. Forward the reason for the appeal(s) along with a processing fee of $250 to: Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Town of Banff, Box 1260, Banff AB T1L 1A1.
