Notice of Development Permit The Municipal Planning Commission approved the following Development Permit on March 13, 2024, in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • 530 Caribou Street (98DP42) – The amendment to this approval allows for the use of a second commercial accommodation unit within an existing bed and breakfast home, and associated landscaping and hardscaping changes. The approval of this development application shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by this development, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice. Forward the reason for the appeal(s) along with a processing fee of $250 to: Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Town of Banff, Box 1260, Banff AB T1L 1A1.
