Bremner Engineering and Construction Ltd. (BECL) have been contracted by the Town of Canmore to complete Teepee Town Phase 2A Infrastructure Upgrades. The scope of work will include replacement of water and sanitary sewer, complete with stormwater and surface work upgrades. Construction will be staged in a manner to least disrupt motorists and pedestrians, however delays, detours and congestion can be expected. Canmore General Hospital access will be limited to Hospital Place or Sidney Street via Bow Valley Trail during construction. Construction is scheduled to take place from March through to August 2024. BECL will be distributing construction notifications via email indicating street closures and hospital access regularly. Please email [email protected] to join the notification newsletter. Please be sure to adhere to posted construction and detour signage, as well as to be mindful of workers and public around the construction area to maintain a safe environment.
