I am appalled that the RCMP shot that man to death - two of them against one. Why couldn’t they aim for his legs or abdomen?
It seems that machoism gets in the way of common sense and that the training of these officers is totally inadequate. We don’t need this in our small town.
According to the news broadcasts, the man didn’t shoot anyone, he had a gun in his hand.
It seems to me, given the past few years’ record of the RCMP, that we have have a new death penalty and it has taken the place of a judge wearing a black cap - no need for the courts anymore.
