Just read the article regarding the bus service. We arrived from the UK with pre-booked tri-mountain passes on Dec. 22 only to find the bus service had been slashed.
It’s a disgrace. We would not have bought the passes if we had known. We have been coming to Banff since 2004, often twice a year. Not anymore. Not informing us the bus service had changed dramatically and continuing to just take the money is a con. The service is utterly crap and we won’t be back here in Banff for a long time.
