BIGHORN – The RCMP are asking for the public's help to locate a man for allegedly painting a mural on the wall of the wildlife underpass near Dead Man’s Flats on July 6.
Surveillance footage from Alberta Environment and Parks caught the suspect on camera around 8 p.m.
